Once again, owner Mark Goldman has unearthed a cache of beautiful cigars from the aging rooms of General Cigars Dominicana. General should invite Mark down more often; he helps them find stuff that they forgot they even had. So now we have a line of cigars called Oxford with a few different wrappers available. These are not seconds; they are excellent cigars that are discontinued sizes, or lines, cancelled projects, or quite possibly the famous rounded General Cigar cap is not quite right. Whatever the case may be, these are a true bargain. They are a no frills cigar; no band and a simple wooden box, all to keep the price down so that you can enjoy them on a consistent basis.
